Certificate is still locked

    I have completed my course, attended the classes and done project and simulation test. Can you please unlock it.

    Hi Gaurav,
    Thank you for reaching out.
    As per the screenshot attached, you would have to attend one full batch, post which the certificate would be unlocked in your account.

    Hi Gaurav,
    Thank you for the screenshot. You need to attend all the sessions of 1 batch/class.
    The right tick mark shows the classes you have attended.
    Eg: 14th and 21st you have attended the session while 15th and 22nd you have not. Hence the certificate has not unlocked.

    Hi Kavana,

    The first screenshot provided show that i need to attend 1 Class not all of them. Also how does it matter that i did not attend all the class ( which i couldn't not as i work two jobs - one full time and second part time). I still actively participated the class and completed all the lab exercises. You can also verify this with Siddharth.

    Moreover, by completing the project on time and the simulation test successfully haven't i already proven that i have credibility for the certificate.

    Additionally, how do even rectify this - do you want me to attend all the class all over again (which i still won't be able to attend all of them) ?

    Hope you understand where i am coming from.
