    Hi everyone!

Technically is there any difference between project closure and project completion? For instance, if a project is to develop an IT system, can completion be the completion of development along with testing and customer acceptance and closure is final handover?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Ruby
Project completion is technically when all the work in the project are completed and the final outcome is achieved. project gets technically closed when a formal sign-off is obtained and the other steps of closure[as per PMBOK] are completed.
    Thanks for the query.
