    Hi Priyamwada,
Thank you for creating this forum. I am part of this batch and I've attended the classes on 12th and 13th Jan.

Please refer attached screenshot and let me know if this attendance will be updated as part of the "unlock simplilearn certificate" module as currently it still shows "Yet to start" against the "LIVE Virtual Class".

    Regards,
    Teena Ashar

I have a question regarding MTTR & MTRS. What is the difference between mean time to restore service and mean time to repair?

    Hello Everyone,
Please help me with your inputs on below

In the context of Change Management and ECAB (Emergency Change Advisory Board), "Urgent changes need not necessarily be reviewed, unless there is time to do so"

Is the above statement correct or incorrect ?

MTTR would mean time to repair a CI , and MTRS would mean time to restore service after repair.

    CI - hard drive

MTTR - a repair in the hard-drive is done
MTRS - hard-drive replaced and server turned on

    Hello Everyone,
I cleared the ITIL Foundation examination on 25th January'2017 with 92.50% (37 out of 40)

    Some tips:
    a. The examination questions are very simple to understand once you are clear on the concepts
    b. There is enough time in hand to review the answers, hence do not rush to attempt any of the questions
    c. Study materials used - Axelos official study guide for ITIL Foundation, Simplilearn Virtual classes and the reference material of Simplilearn

I would like to thank the entire virtual batch BATCH 5/ JAN 12,13,19,20, the learning coordinator and special thanks to Mr. @Krishnakumar Kuppusamy(4034) Sir for the training conducted, it was a great experience to learn from you.

    Regards,
