Webex Connectivity issue

    Hi,
    Whenever i try to connect to a webex meeting through my laptop i get error saying 'You are no longer connected....Automatically reconnecting' and it will hang there and wont porceed ahead.
    I have windows 7 with core i3 6 gb ram.
    Please let me know if anyone has faced similar kind or issue and resolved the same. I tried all that simplilearn support suggest but none worked and i am getting same issue again.

    Since August 22nd, I am having issues joining the batch. I am tired of of speaking to customer support. Every day I have to communicate to support and tell the entire story right from beginning and spend 45 minutes. All they say it is a webex issue and it will be resolved by tomorrow. Tomorrow has never come for 10 days I have attended 5 days out of a10 days. All these they have to unregistered and register and send me a new link. By the time the session would have gone half way through.
