gave the sample test and not sure of the following questions, are my answers correct:

A project is in the initiating stage, and the Project Manager is identifying project communication constraints. Which of the following could be a valid constraint?
    SELECT THE CORRECT ANSWER

    b) Management and customer expect detailed formal status reports on the project
    c) Project team members would be required to work from different geographical locations
    d) Many stakeholders of the project would not be able to attend the planned project kick-off meeting

    Ans - Will it be C ?

Which of the following is NOT a project?
    SELECT THE CORRECT ANSWER

    a)Campaigning for an election
b)Family Weekend drives to sea coast
c)Writing an autobiography about project management experience
    d)Preparing for PMP® examinations

Ans - will it be b)

A risk: an impact which MIGHT occur in the future.
A Constraint: A limiting factor that affects the execution of a project.
An Issue: a current condition that may have an impact on the project obectives.

A is an identified risk, B can be minimized by change, and D can also be minimized by change - they're both issues. You have to work with constraints.

Family weekend drives are not unique as described; the others do require their own specific plan as well as being time-bound, so are therefore projects.
