Complimentary Course Access is not Provided

    Simplilearn Support Team,

    I have purchased, TOGAF 9.2 course from simplilearn through its executive (Nirmala) on 25th Jan 2019 (CSTM_2YDJBFPH27V). It was mentioned by the executive that 3 complimentary course access will be provided to me.

    However, I am doing continuous follow-up from more than a month now but the executive is not responding to my mails.Neither I have received access to those courses.

    I will appreciate if this matter can be resolved quickly.

    I have registered to TOGAF 9.2 Combined Level 1 and Level 2 Training. (ORDER#:CSTM_2YDJBFPH27V and INVOICE# SSPL570297)

    The name of the simplilearn executive is Nirmala. Her email id is nirmala.c@simplilearn.net. The complimentary courses are :

    1) Software Estimation
    2) Introduction to Project Management
    3) Introduction to Big date and Hadoop

    Let me know in case of any other details required.
