Course Expired

I started my course in the beginning of June. I had full access just 2 weeks ago and now it says full access expired. My point of contact, Shilpa has not been easy to get a hold of, neither has her manager , who was supposed to call me in regards to me being double charged. My questions:
1. How do you raise a ticket?
2. Anyone else having problems to the point that you feel robbed?
3. I would like a new point of contact assigned to me please.

Hi, Please raise ticket using help & support, Team will assist you.

Please follow the steps below to raise
"Help and support" ticket.
>Login to LMS account,
>Select "help" icon on the top right hand side of the LMS page
>Select any query
>Connect to "Arya" the virtual assistant
>Select "other"
>To raise a ticket select " yes"
 
I raised a ticket. I need a response before Tuesday as my live class starts. I would like a direct phone number. Interseting how the phone number in my emails from you is nonexistent. This is a big headache. I was excited for this step in my career and now I am spending my time looking for a lawyer. smh

Great! Not to worry ! Your issue will resolve by tuesday.

If the issue still doesn't get resolve by Tuesday, Please help us with the ticket number.
