    Hey there,

    All the tools have been so helpful- Thanks!!

    I was wondering if you have a "regular client diagnosis" that you do for al new clients that include some of these tools and models- basically what you deem as the best, foundational client analysis & maturity model. You may not have this, any may say it depends on each clients needs, but I am going to create one, so wondering if you had tips or a few of the tools/services/models you generally use for each new client- that would be great to see what a pro likes to use for a blanket client diagnosis. :)

    My client diagnosis is based on the FLIRT methodology I have created in my book. I have set up templates for (F)ocus, (L)isten, (I)ntegrate, (R)each out and (T)rack. I did this in Trello so I can share the progress with my client. This works well for me.

    It depends on the type of business you are running. If you are in B2B I would say the Content and Mobile marketing will be important, as well as the SEO and Optimization. When you are in B2C you will probably be using paid advertising so the PPC, Adwords, Facebook Advertising.

    I'm impressed with your web sites.
    I think your web sites are really good. They are clear and to the point. Good blogging sites. I do miss the call to action on the ...hero site. You have a good call to action on the other site. On the ....hero site you may want to consider bringing the key categories as a menu bar at the top so its easier for people to access the content on the site.
