    python installation issue

    I have installed Anaconda and able to open Spyder, jupyter note book, but when I try to run python on command prompt, it doesn't work.. Does it mean I have to install python separately apart from Anaconda? Any body has documented how to make ready the machine for DS with python, please share.

    Regards
    Bamadeva

    I try to execute the below program, here the else part print statement is not executed (program runs fine as expected).. Any issues in my code. I tried in both windows and mac... not able to identify the issue.. could anybody please help me to resolve this.

    import numpy as np
    n=int(input("Enter a number"))
    r=np.random.randint(1,10);

    while n!=r :
    if n>r:
    n=int(input("Entered number is greater, Enter a number again"))
    elif n<r:
    n=int(input("Entered number is lower, Enter a number again"))
    else:
    print("guessed number is correct")
    break
