Hello,
Please suggest the answer to my question..

How can i find the simple moving range of NSE data. Am unable to attach the data. I need to find the moving range of close price based on the symbol & time stamp.

Am providing the link to pull the data if required for more clarity on the question.

Hi All, Need help in Chapter 4 Importing xls

1. XLS file : Used following code ( I am in correct WD containing file with name Datafile1.xls)

install.packages("gdata")
library("gdata")
wk2 = read.xls(Datafile1.xls)

Error :
Error in findPerl(verbose = verbose) :
perl executable not found. Use perl= argument to specify the correct path.
Error in file.exists(tfn) : invalid 'file' argument

I would like to inform you that, the code written by you is fetching that if the column name is having a "t" in it, its data will be displayed and this is the reason why you are getting this output.

Hi,

There is no error in your code. You have to just add an enter in your text file after your last row and your error will get resolved. So the reason for the error is in your data there is no end of file.
Kindly find the file attached here and I am sure this will help you.

I am getting this error after these commands

Error: `data` and `reference` should be factors with the same levels.

previous commands are successful :
