HELP!! Master certificate Digital marketing specialist

Hi, simpliLearn, I already have finiseh all courses of the program but I don't have access to the master certificate

Could you help me?.

Some of you tell me that raise a Ticket but my account isnt0 able to make a tickers and i don't know the ways to contact with you customer service area.

Hi Pablo Sasi,

Please follow below-mentioned steps to raise the ticket
# Steps to Raise a Ticket :

01. GoTo: LMS >> click on Profile Icon (in the top-right corner) >> Click on "Help and Support" >> Click on "+Create Ticket" option
02. It will open a new page for you
03. Click on the first question stating "How do I unlock my certificate"
04. It will open another page with a descriptive answer to the same question
05. Scroll down >> Click on the blue button saying "Create Support Request"
06. Choose the "Query Type" >> Mention your Query (with course name) >> Scroll Down and click on "Submit" button
07. You will now see a message with a ticket number
08. Check the inbox of your registered email id for an email from from "Customer Delight" which has this same ticket number
09. Reply to that email from your inbox and in your reply attach every file that you want to send as part of the query that you have raised and they will automatically get added to the ticket
10. Done

NOTE: In your query first mention the course name in the first line and then start your query from the second or third line.
