Hello Learner,

I am Rakesh Deshpande, Global Teaching Assistant for Agile & Scrum Catergory. I hope my previous posts were helpful.

This post will help you on how you can reach our dedicated Help & Support team for reasons like Examination related queries, technical assistance, Global Teaching Assistant private discussions and so on..

1. How to raise the request for Examination/Related Queries :

  • Click on the Course Module E-Learning Module -> Help & Support.
  • Select Exam / Result Related.
  • Enter the message and create a ticket. Share your Entire details such as Name,Date & Place of Exam, Order ID, Current Location & Registered Email ID.
2. How to raise the request for technical assistance / Global Teaching Assistant private discussions. :
  • Click on the Course ModuleE-Learning Module -> Help & Support.
  • Select Technical Issue.
  • Enter the registered E-mail ID, batch details and a screenshot ( if applicable ) and click on create.
3. How to raise request for Certificate related / E-Learning Modules / Reference files :

  • Click on the Course ModuleE-Learning Module -> Help & Support..
  • Select Certificate Related or Course & Content Related.
  • Enter the registered E-mail ID, batch details and a screenshot ( if applicable ) and click on create.
 
I have purchased Cloud Architect Course & I want to appear for AWS Solution Architect Certification. Will I get Any exam voucher for AWS Solution Architect Certification from Simplilearn. In which section of Help & Support, I have to raise ticket.
 
I am unable to login to the Azure portal with the lab credentials provided. And i dont know where can i raise the ticket. When i am going to help and support it directs to Chat Bot Arya, which is useless. I am unable to submit my project due to the same.

@Aditya,

Please note,you can check your ticket status from LMS under the profile from support request option.

Please follow the steps below to raise
"Help and support" ticket.
>Login to LMS account,
>Select "help" icon on the top right hand side of the LMS page
>Select any query example:unlocking the certificate
>Connect to "Arya" the virtual assistant
>Select "other"
>To raise a ticket select " yes"
