I added 3 classes, Why LMS shows 0 Class(es) attended?

    The word Class(es) usually referred to a complete training program ( I literally mean all the sessions of 1 scheduled program ).

    This would be marked as 1 Class(es) attended only when you attend all the sessions of the training program. Ensure that you attend at least 50% of the total number of hours allotted for 1 session. ( e.g. 4 hours session then you have to be in the session for 2 hours at the least ).

    How to verify if you have attended? Please find the below screenshot which will let you know with a View attachment 3439 on the date of the session you have attended.

    If still the attendance is not marked then please do reach our Support team from your E-Learning account for further assistance.
