I think "scrum master" will be the job title you would expect! Per say scrum would not prescribe any job titles - only 3 roles. If you are certified in scrum master role, you would expect that kind of job. Though with some experience as SM and may be working with multiple teams one can expect to eventually play a role of scrum coach. Although SM and scrum coach are not the same, I think one can look at a progression to coaching kind of job.
Typically, no title will be appended if you are entry level ScrumMaster, such as CSM training and under a year experience. A more experienced individual with at least a year of experience plus continuing education requirements met will have the ScrumMaster title appended to name. If you are full time ScrumMaster in charge of handling multiple teams, you might be considered 'Senior ScrumMaster'. A further advancement of this career path would be Coach ScrumMaster, for a ScrumMaster who is regularly hired to coach and train teams and sites, etc. Additional qualifications are typically required for this specific job title/function.
