Need clarification Regarding JIRA project

    Dear Team,
    I am currently working on the smart Weather project and I need a few clarifications:
    1. The project summary shows a lot of backlog work items for main portal and additionally work items for the 2 clients , so shoud we create product backlog based on main portal or the 2 sub projects (clients)?
    2. Can we use some of the backlog items and convert it to sub-tasks for our project?
    3. Should we use the same EPICs (number of epics, summary,title and so on ) like given in the sample document or can we combine other things within the work items as well?

    Hello Sneha,

    Here are the answers :

    1. The project summary shows a lot ....??
    - Here, you have to create a product backlog for 1 client and the main portal. You can choose the main portal, either with Le viva insurance or BigBucks café and then you should create the issues and the backlogs for the same.

    2. Can we use some of the backlog items and convert it to sub-tasks for
    our project?
    - Of course, you can do it. !
    3. Should we use the same EPICs ..???
    - The Epics should be created which are mentioned in the documents which is added in your downloads section. You will find it in “E BOOKS”.ra
