Network Player is showing error

Hi sir/ma'am,

my name is Deepanshu Dwivedi. I installed network player many times in my MacBook. it is installing properly but every time when I play the recorded sessions it is showing error "Some Files for Recording Player are Damaged. Please reinstall the player and try again" (Screenshot file attached) due to this error I can't able to watch my pending sessions which I can't able to attend in last few days so please help me as soon as possible.

HI Deepanshu ,
I am also seeing the same issue. if you have windows desktop , that is the best option or else you need to convert arf files to mp4 and then use them
