No audio in iOS app

    When viewing courses in the iOS app there is no audio. iPad 4 with iOS 9.1

    Hi Chris,

    Apologize for the delay.

    Our testing team has assigned this exact course to the devices we have – the course is fully compatible and the videos are all playing, with audio too.

    This issue could be due to a minor setup problem on your device where the ‘silent’ override button on the device might be switched on. It could also be due to advanced settings on your phone.

    Please let us know if any other videos/audio is audible and if the issue only persists on our app as it is not the course problem

    Hi Nick,

    Yes, our app is compatible with IOS 9. However, you may face minor issues in accessing few modules. Rest assured, we are already working on that and looking forward to release the upgraded app by December 3rd week.

    On which iPads and for which courses is there iOS compatibility. I an having display problems with lssgb

    Hi Seymour,

    Our courses are compatible on Ipad versions greater than 8. Suppose if you are not able to access only the few videos of the course, check if they are colored grey. Those videos will not work on App. You need to access those videos through our LMS.
