    Hi

From Psedo Distributed Hadoop Installation, I've created three Clones. After doing that while assigning them the roles as Master and Slave I'm not able to see the IP address over there. I'm seeing only Local Host.

I need help in how to see the IP address and then assign them as Master and Slave.

You have to edit hosts file in /etc/ folder on all the nodes, specify the IP address of each system followed by their host names.

    # vi /etc/hosts
enter the following lines in the /etc/hosts file.
    192.168.1.107 hadoop-master
    192.168.1.109 hadoop-slave-1
    192.168.1.106 hadoop-slave-2
    192.168.1.108 hadoop-slave-3
