Not able to download recordings

    Hi, I am trying to download recordings, not able to, it does not do anything when I try to download. I have disabled pop-up blockers, is there anything else, that I need to check. I am from PMP batch 19Jul to 16Aug

    I request you to kindly clear the cache and cookies on google chrome browser and then re-launch the browser and re-login to your LMS account.
    You can also login using the google chrome incognito window as well. If you are still facing issues, then kindly raise a help and support ticket for the issue.
