    Hello Everyone,

I have passed my PMP exam on 3rd Oct with overall Above Target in my second attempt.

It took me more than 1 year to pass this exam, however in reality my preparation was just for 2-3 months.

My journey began in July 2018, I joined the batch of Tim Jerome, I still remember my 1st class with him was on 11th July 2018.
In 2-3 sessions, I realized that its not possible at least for me to pass this exam because I came to know from various sources that reading PMBOK (2-3 times) from cover to cover is must to pass this exam, and I was struggling with PMBOK, because I found PMBOK guide is too boring and difficult to understand.

What I like the most in Tim Jerome's classes is he made us understand that how to navigate through PMBOK and use it as a reference guide.

Thank you very much @tim jerome.

Bye for now, I will share my study plan in my next post.

    My Study Plan.

    1. I attended Tim Jerome's sessions.
    2. Watched the recorded videos of these sessions twice.
    3. Tim suggested for daily practice of at least 20 questions and their analysis why correct answer is correct and why wrong answer is wrong, I followed his advice religiously.
    4. I would have done almost 5000 Questions (This is the key of my success) including more than 1000 from PM Challenge where I reached at "Guru level".
    5. Moreover I had the previous Project Manager experience which helped a lot.
    6. I did NOT read PMBOK cover to cover, rather just used it as a reference guide for all WRONG Answers at least.
    7. Made my own short notes, at the end of my study they were of just 35 pages word document.
    8. Revised my notes twice before the exam.
    9. Questions are not that tough, but tricky. I did not get a single question of EAC, I only got 1 Q on CPI & SPI.
    10. Most of the Questions were situational based.

So at the end what I suggest is do practice questions as many as you can.
If you have any query, I am just a ping away.
