pdc files not opening, please help!

    Please not I don't have any firewall rules, tried disabling windows firewall comes in Win 10 but still unable to open the files. Any solution?

    Facing the same problem. Tried to get fresh license and installed, still no respite. Someone help pls

    guys i faced the same issue from last day i got solution after contacting support team, now its working for me

    Can you share the solution provided by Technical support. For some reasons, I am not able to raise tickets.

    Request you to remove viewer keystore and reinstall a new license file to access the courseware.

    change the firewall connection .. this will resolve
    pcd viewer error , i also face the same problem and i do this settings to my firewall and its resolve
