PMP System test Failure - litssvc

Guys,

I'm facing the attached issue when i tried to launch the exam simulator during the system test in Pearson VUE.

Issue:
The following applications cannot be active while taking an exam with Pearson VUE browser lock

Please extend your support ASAP.

Hi, Please raise ticket, Team will assist you in providing you the best resolution.

Please follow the steps below to raise
"Help and support" ticket.
>Login to LMS account,
>Select "help" icon on the top right hand side of the LMS page
>Select any query example:unlocking the certificate
>Connect to "Arya" the virtual assistant
>Select "other"
>To raise a ticket select " yes"

Arya followed by support ticket dint help much in this regard. however i could able to resolve this issue by stopping the this job from services.

Happy to say that, I cleared PMP exam with “Above Target” in all 3 domains.
