Q:Your project colleague is confused about network...

    Q:Your project colleague is confused about network diagrams. Specifically, he wants to know the significance of the critical path in a network diagram. What would you tell him?

    A:The critical path is the longest path with the shortest duration to complete the project with zero total float on the network

    This seems incorrect as the Critical Path is the longest path but not the shortest duration necessarily? Clarification will be appreciated

    Shortest duration means minimum time that is required to complete the project which is nothing but the duration of the project.
