    1. Required fields on User Detail Record- Role and Profile can be "non specified" so are these considered required fields?

    2. When you share a record what can the user you are sharing it with see and do?

    3. Under OWDs why does the Account object not have transfer as an option?

    4. Is help and training available to all users or just administrators?

    5. What is the difference between CRED and View All and Modify All? If CRED are all checked is that the same as if View All and Modify All are checked? Is the difference the power to transfer?

    Thank you!

    Hello Cathy,

Thanks for the questions. After reviewing your questions I would suggest that you watch the security recordings again, as all of the answers
to your questions have been addressed there with examples.

    1) None specified is a value in the Role picklist on the user detail record. So it counts as a selection and therefore meets the required field requirement.

    2) Sharing rules are Read and write only for the access side (Does the record exist for the user. Profile and permission sets will determine permissions (what a user can do).

    3) There is only a transfer option on leads and cases.

    4) Help and training is for everyone!

    5) CRED are permissions and VA MA give Full Access
