It is important that the resource management plan addresses how team members will be released when they are no longer needed on the project for all of the following reasons EXCEPT: *

    A.To reduce project costs.
B.To improve morale when smooth transitions to upcoming projects are already planned.
C.To optimize the utilization of human and material resources.
D.To help mitigate resource risks that may occur during or at the end of a project.

I'm going to select B. Morale is important, but look at what the PMBOK says the resource management plan addresses - "... ensure that sufficient resources are available for successful completion of the project..."

Successful completion can be supported by A, by C, and by D. Morale is important, and supports motivation, but the others ensure success.

Does anyone else see this differently?

Thanks Tim. I chose B as well, but their answer is D.
