Shouldn't Customer Satisfaction rating be part of the Project Documents/files that should be archived?

This is extremely devious. In one manner, the answer is correct, and in another way, you are correct. If you look at the Exam Content Outline's sequence of closing tasks, however, the last one is measuring customer satisfaction. However, in essence, don't we perform this constantly, throughout the project?

I struggled with this question, too. Thanks for the explanation, Tim. Should we assume for the exam that the sequences listed in the exam content outline are how PMI would want us to answer the questions related to the order of activities?

I would hate to say 'yes' to this. I would much prefer to say, "the tasks are like our processes - iterative and interactive in the way that they are called for". I invite more debate on this, and am looking for questions across multiple sources to either deny or support that assertion.
