Tim/ Sreidhar: Conflict of Interest

    Hi,
    I feel the below situation would show conflict of interest if option B is selected, then why not D?

    If it would have been some other project where PM is different, it would be B.

    Thanks for the Query.
    I agree with you that this is a clear case of conflict of interest but if you go through the Professional Ethics & Social Responsibility chapter, it is mentioned that in case of a situation

    The code of ethics states that we remain objective, and take ourselves out of the decision-making. Which of these options are closest in alignment with that concept? It's not the wife who is the issue, but the PM. The 'best' answer is to go to the selection board and make this connection evident.
