Unable to attend the live session and no support from Simplilearn

I agree. I missed the first 2day weekend session because I had an accident and no one replied when I reached out. I did all the means to communicate - sent an email, called, opened a ticket. When you call, you'll be forwarded to their VM system that they'll call u back. My ticket is still open wherein they claim they have 24/7 support. Very frustrated....
