    • The blanked out part is: gsutil cp gs://simplilearn-devops-image/*

    • I also need the full path to copy the image over. I've not seen any response/answer as to the 'path' that is blurred out. What gives? Not able to proceed with this part without the FULL path to copy the image over.

    • I am asking the same question as several others in this forum. About 11:39 min into the video we are asked to copy an image from another project into our newly created bucket. However, the beginning of the path is blurred, followed by -devops-image/*. What is the full path that we are supposed to copy (using gsutil cp)?

    • What's the source for the student image in the DevOps Lab section? Looks like several people have asked the same question already. When the instructor types the sound goes and where he copies from is blanked out.

    • Hi They are asking for a copy of a bucket content but in the video (and sound) there is no indication of the source, the image is blurred!

I take it you guys have no inclination to fix this problem? Just going to let paying customers struggle and leave them hanging. I'm inclined to ask for a refund, but I have a feeling that will be met with the same level of support.

    Hi Learner,

    Hope you are doing well.

I would like to inform you that we have recently updated our OSL content and you can just update the same in your lms and you are good to go with the fresh devops content.

Question: "raise a ticket" - HOW? WHERE?

Why should this issue require a ticket when it's a problem with the course for EVERYONE?
