Unable to load course
Please let us know the error you are facing while going through the course as we are able to go through the course from your account without any hassle.
My course :Microsoft Project 2013" not loading since last 3 days. Support ticket 834345.
I tried calling you on your contact number but could not connect.
Request you to try accessing LMS in incognito mode of google chrome and let me know if it is working fine. If still not then please take internet speed test in the following link http://www.speedtest.net/ and send us the results through ticket number 834345 so that we can take this forward.
I tried accessing the course from your account from our end and it was working fine hence request you to please perform the above mentioned steps.
On 15th April I was not available till 4 PM. In evening, I got a call from development team and found to my surprise that course was running fine in Chrome. Issue in Firefox got resolved post upgrading flash player . That day I had completed the course without any issue.
Today I tried to open another course "Microsoft® Excel® 2013 Foundation: MOS Certification" and again getting buffering issue. Kindly find my comments in support ticket 834345 for your review.
I am little confused why program suddenly gives buffering issue.
Buffering issues with slow internet connection in general is a known issue. Unfortunately we do not have any immediate fix for this. Video Buffering issues is a knows issue which impacts quite a few customers. We are working on getting this fixed. Till then request you to please try incognito mode of Google Chrome.
I am having a similar issue where I log in and get a blue progress bar that just sits there. Was working yesterday fine, tried Firefox, Chrome and IE as well as incognito/private browsing; just sits there. ideas?
I have escalated the issue to our product Team. Please allow us 1-2 business days to resolve this issue and get back to you with a update.

Please drop an e-mail through help and support from your LMS portal and one of our technical team member will look into it and resolve your concern.
Are there issues with video buffering? I am experiencing 'slow buffering' of the online tutorials that is affecting my learning pace. I have fairly good connection speed at home, and surprisingly the buffering issue persists even if I log in from office. Surely offices can't afford to have slow connections right? Could your technical team please look into this?
P.S. The issue came up lately. I didn't have any problems so far from the time I subscribed to the course last month, except since early this week the slowness has come up.
We have been facing this issue again lately, we are fixing it at the earliest, please try a different browser, delete cookies and unwanted files and let me know if you still face the same issue.
I am getting the following error on starting self learning course. Error loading player: No playable sources found.
It is related to browser i think. Would you please guide.
I would request you to please update your flash player:
1. Click on the Secure button (address bar)
2. Click on Site settings
3. Under the Settings tab, click on Flash drop down to Allow Flash
4. Then Refresh LMS page to fix these issues.
I am having the same issue Wayne had back in 2016 where once I login to simplilearn I get a blue progress bar that just sits there. I have tried using different browsers and using incognito mode to try and access my simplilearn home screen with no success. Please help!
