WEBEX UP-GRADATION - NEWER VERSION OF NBR (NETWORK BASED RECORDINGS)

    Hi All,

    We are glad to inform you that our Webex has been upgraded to a newer version and you would require Newer version of NBR (Network Based Recordings) player to access the recordings from 21st April.

    Hence the recordings that we have shared are upgraded with the newer version. Kindly click on below NBR player links to download and install.

    Hi Alisha,
    I received my webinar recording which I was unable to attend on 11th, 12th June.
    I received these links as well to update the player.
    I installed the player first time and after downloading webinar recording while playing I am not getting any audio.
    I wrote to get certified and they responded to take few action like, clearing cache, re-installation, setting in internet option (Play audio in web page), etc. But even after following those I am getting any audio from these recordings.
    Last day I came to know there is no issue with other people. So today I tried in my other laptop and found the audio problem still persist.
    I would like to complete these webinars going through these recording since I don't have another chance to book another webinars.
    Due to my continuous business travel I was not able to attend any of earlier webinars even after registration.
    Kindly do the needful to get the problem resolved.

    Hi,

    I was unable to attend the webex on 18th and 19th.. I have downloaded the recordings. The 18th June recording is playing fine however the 19th June recording plays but I am unable to hear anything. Kindly let me know if its the problem with the recording? Please note that I am referring to the batch that started on June 18th.

    Could you please tell if this new version will work on Windows Vista.
    I tried the installer and it is not working.

    Hi Alisha ,

    The downloaded exe "nbr2player.msi Win.msi ", just does not executeso it does not show any error. It does not seem to run itself.
    Could you please check the dependencies of this exe. And also in the name why two time there is .ms ?

    I am sorry to inform you that it is not compatible with windows vista, it works on Window 7 and above.

    In that case is there any workaround or can the recording be converted to the one compatible with previous version. ?
