There are six PMI certifications you may receive including:

    • PgMP: Program Management Professional
    • PMP: Project Management Professional
    • CAPM: Certified Associate Project Manager
    • PMI-SP: PMI Scheduling Professional
    • PMI-RMP: PMI Risk Management Professional
    • PMI-ACP: Agile Certified Professional
Which PMI certification for Project manager did you choose or which one would you choose if you were pursuing a project management related career?

If you are a manager with prior experience of handling projects then PMP would be the ideal one or if you are only a beginner in this domain it would be CAPM.

The PMI:ACP was the right choice for me. I haven't regretted my choice since passing the exam as this certification has opened up so many doors for me careerwise.

Though sometimes I think that one day I'll get the PMI:RMP as it relates to my future career goals. I'm still thinking it over though.
