wonder what is the SLA on getting support on urgent issues- so frustrating

    Wonder what is the SLA /ETA(if one) on getting support on urgent issues. My understanding is that the Simplilearn support team is spread globally , but there support system seems to be not that efficient.
    There is no other way (through a phone line, chat or ticket escalation) that one can get a fair idea if their issue is even being looked at . Highly frustrated with simplilearn support team
